Snow + skiing + kiting = impressive combination

Fantastic snow drew me to the Beacons over the weekend - where I met Andy making impressive speed across the snow. One aspect of innnovation is about combining existing things in new ways (mobile phones and cameras etc). What a great combination here - skillfully and joyfully executed.

Obama - Toast and Tear

Raised a glass to Obama when I saw this live. I was lifted by this sea change this leadership tone and spirit - it feels like a real turnaround from the cynicism and Bush appeal to our baser instincts that has dragged us all down.
